Returns, Exchanges & Policy

At Professional Optical, we take great pride in crafting custom prescription dive masks and lenses to your exact specifications. Because each item is made to order, we have the following policy:

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products (prescription lenses bonded to masks), we are unable to accept returns for refund.

Exchanges & Repairs

Exchanges and repairs are available at an additional cost. We will evaluate your mask and lenses on a case-by-case basis. If an error was made on our part with the prescription, we will correct it at no charge.

Prescription Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure your prescription is exact. However, we strongly encourage in-person testing and fitting whenever possible for dive masks, lenses, and custom eyeglasses. This helps achieve the best possible visual outcome and comfort underwater.

Shipping & Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos. We will work with you to resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.
