Processing Time

Most custom prescription dive masks are completed and ready to ship within 7–10 working days, depending on complexity and current workload. We will notify you when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): $6.00
• 2nd Day Air: $15.00
• Next Day Air: $30.00
• Alaska / Hawaii: Starting at $10.00 – $30.00 (depending on service)
• Rush Orders: $30.00 – $40.00 (please call to confirm availability)

How to Ship Your Mask to Us

To have your dive mask fitted with custom lenses:

1. Securely package your mask
2. Include a copy of your current prescription
3. Include any special fitting instructions
4. Ship to: Professional Optical, Texas City, TX 77590

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Pre-paid return shipping labels are available upon request for qualifying orders.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
