Fitting / How It Works (Very Important)
Important Note: We make every effort to ensure prescriptions are exact. We strongly encourage in-person testing and fitting whenever possible for the best visual outcome and comfort. Turnaround Time: Most custom dive masks are ready within 7–10 working days, depending on options and shipping destination.
Single Vision Prescription
For divers with single vision needs, put your mask on and look into a mirror (or have a buddy assist). Mark a spot directly on the mask in front of each pupil. Provide these measurements with your prescription when ordering.
Reader / Gauge Reader
For those who only need near vision assistance, the height will be 20 mm from the bottom of the mask (unless a custom height is requested). Perfect for reading instruments and equipment.
Photo & Video Divers
For photographers and video divers, the placement of the near zones is more critical. Place your mask on and simulate the use of your equipment. Mark where you need the add power. We will ensure optimal placement before fabricating.
