1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Custom Products & Sales Policy
All prescription dive masks and custom lenses are made to order. All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. Exchanges and repairs may be available at an additional cost.
3. Prescription Accuracy
We make every effort to produce lenses according to the prescription you provide. However, we strongly recommend in-person testing and fitting whenever possible for optimal results. We are not responsible for vision issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete prescription information supplied by the customer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Galveston County, Texas.
